Orate: On-device TTS for Mac

Running a local TTS engine is the only way to handle a massive reading backlog without compromising privacy or paying a monthly subscription. I've been using Orate to turn unread articles and emails into a personal podcast feed, and the on-device performance is surprisingly solid.
