岗位概况
参与 AI 产品全生命周期管理，使用 AI 辅助编程验证产品创意，探索世界模型等前沿技术的产品化。 需在香港或深圳，每周至少到岗 3 天，实习至少 3 个月。

- 使用 AI 辅助编程工具独立搭建并快速迭代 MVP、功能原型与创意演示，独立验证产品可行性
- 跟踪世界模型、具身智能、多模态物理仿真与 AGI 等前沿趋势，产出行业洞察并参与场景设计与落地验证
- 监控核心数据指标、分析用户行为与反馈，并与研发、设计、运营、算法团队协作推动需求落地
任职要求
- 需在香港或深圳，每周至少到岗 3 天。
- 实习至少 3 个月，可实习更长时间者优先。

Position Overview
Participate in the full lifecycle management of innovative AI products, independently validate ideas with AI-assisted coding, and explore productization of world models and related frontier technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Core Product Work: Participate in the full lifecycle management of innovative AI products, covering the complete daily workflow of a product manager including user demand research, competitor and industry analysis, product planning, functional logic design, prototype delivery, project schedule follow-up, post-launch data review, and iterative optimization.
- Vibe Coding Product Implementation: Based on product concepts and user needs, proficiently use AI-assisted programming tools to independently build and rapidly iterate MVPs for small products, functional prototypes, productivity tools, and creative demos. Verify the feasibility of product ideas independently without relying on professional R&D teams, and translate product intuition into interactive tangible products.
- Cutting-Edge Exploration of World Models: Continuously track cutting-edge technological trends such as world models, embodied intelligence, multimodal physical simulation, and AGI. Regularly produce industry insights and productization thinking, participate in scenario design, creative conception, and implementation verification of related products, and explore paths for the commercialization and user value realization of frontier technologies.
- User & Data Operations: Monitor core data metrics post product launch, analyze user behavior and feedback, uncover real user needs, and develop actionable product experience optimization plans.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate efficiently with R&D, design, operations, and algorithmteams to drive the implementation of product requirements, ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery, and synchronize project progress and risks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Based in Hong Kong or Shenzhen; on-site at least 3 days per week
- Internship of at least 3 months; longer availability preferred
